David Christensen is the Chief Operating Officer of Brine Development Services.  He has over 25 years’ experience in DoD, Federal government contracting, and commercial markets creating strategic partnerships, and improving business processes.  Previously, he was the Vice President of Operations of ARMA Aviation which later merged with ARCTOS, LLC.  He was also the Senior Director of Operations at ARMA Global, the second largest service provider to the US Special Operations Command, where was responsible for service delivery and the management of over 1,000 employees.  Prior to retiring from the Army and moving to Tampa in 2011 he was a member of the Advisory Board of Pikes Peak YMCA in Colorado Springs, CO.
