This renewed collaboration ensures that Tampa Bay United players, coaches, and families have access to some of the region’s most trusted sports medicine and orthopedic care. As a cornerstone of the club’s recommended Player Process of Care, Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute provides athletes with expedited access to evaluation and treatment, supporting player health, safety, and long-term performance.

“Our partnership with Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute directly impacts the wellbeing of our athletes on and off the field,” said TBU Leadership. “They are an essential part of our player care pathway, and we are proud to continue working together to keep our players healthy, supported, and ready to compete.”

“For the past eight years we’ve enjoyed the honor of working in partnership with the club. We are excited to continue providing quality medical care for the Tampa Bay United family as we enter this new era,” said Dr. Ira Guttentag, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute who serves as medical director for Tampa Bay United.

Well-established orthopedic and sports medicine providers from Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health recently joined the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, expanding comprehensive care options available to Tampa Bay United families across the region.
