Nishant Anand, MD, FACEP, is an accomplished physician executive, passionate about the potential of population health within value-based medicine. Dr. Anand serves as EVP, CMO of BayCare Health System in Clearwater, Florida, and President of BayCare Physician Partners. He is also responsible for the BayCare Medical Group, clinical excellence and integration, performance improvement, and the ambulatory care/hospital division chief medical officers and medical staff services.    Prior to joining BayCare, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer at Adventist Health System and Chief Medical Officer of the Population Health Services Organization.  Prior to Adventist Health System, Dr. Anand served as Senior Vice President of Memorial Hermann Health System and Physician-in-Chief of MHMD, Memorial Hermann Physician Network (MHMD).  Prior to joining Memorial Hermann, Dr. Anand served as Chief Medical Officer for Banner Health Network (BHN), a large physician and provider network based in Phoenix, AZ.
